外国人市民（がいこくじんしみん）のみなさんにとって、あらゆる活動（かつどう）・学習（がくしゅう）の基盤（きばん）である「日本語（にほんご）によるコミュニケーション」を取得（しゅうとく）する機会（きかい）や、外国人児童（じどう）・生徒（せいと）のみなさんの学（まな）びをサポートすることが求（もと）められています。
日本語（にほんご）・日本文化（にほんぶんか）を学（まな）ぶ機会が乏（とぼ）しい箕面市西地域（みのおしにしちいき）において、その活動基盤（かつどうきばん）を共創（ともにつくり）、生活（せいかつ）をサポートしていくための取（と）り組（く）みを進（すす）めています。
みなさんのご参加（さんか）をお待（ま）ちしています。

阪大生×箕面市がコラボ！
オクトーバーフェストみのお2016
Minoh City’s collaboration with Osaka University Students!
Oktober Fest Minoh 2016

5回目となる今年のテーマは「箕面で乾杯～ビールでつながるよろこびの輪～」
ドイツで古くから伝わるお祭りを、国際色豊かな箕面スタイルで企画しました。
Marking the 5th holding, this year’s theme reads “Let’s have a toast to Minoh — Everlasting Happiness to be forged together — “
A traditional Festival in Germany has been arranged to fit the international atmosphere of Minoh style.

誰もが楽しめるお祭りにしようと、
・箕面ビールと美味しい食べ物いろいろ
・阪大生によるダンスや演奏等のステージ、サークルの展示やグッズ販売
・ミニSL、バルーンアート、金魚すくい、ボールプール、カリーヴルスト早食い大会等々
Attractions for people from all walks of life ;
・the world-famous Minoh Beer and a variety of fantastic food
・stage performances such as dance and music, artwork exhibitions, and bargain sales by Osaka University students
・ miniaturized steam locomotive, ballon arts, goldfish-scooping, ball pool,speed eating contest of Currywurst and lots of other things

楽しみ方盛りだくさんで、皆さんのご来場をお待ちしています。
民族衣装を羽織ったレアな滝ノ道ゆずる君と記念写真もどうぞ。

You may have a very rare opportunity to take pictures with Takinomichi Yuzuru, Minoh’s iconic character, in ethnic clothes.
